On Wednesday, November 23rd, 2011 The Family Place staff and over 130 participants celebrated Thanksgiving. During the party families did some arts and crafts and enjoyed a turkey donated by The Potter's House and other good holiday food. Just before lunch TFP organized a riffle and 25 bags and certificates valid for a free turkey at the grocery store were given away to our participants. We hope you had a great Thanksgiving as we did.
